I began my career right out of college as a Wall Street recruiter and went on to co-found and manage a thriving Park Avenue search firm. In addition I have been an HR manager for a publicly traded company, as well as an independent outplacement consultant.
Plus you will notice I have several letters after my name – CPC and CSMS. CPC designation stands for Certified Personnel Consultant and CSMS for Certified Social Media Strategist.
